Cancellation & Refunds

Planning Fee — General

The Niblick planning fee covers research, coordination, itinerary building, and booking management. A portion of this work begins immediately upon payment, and the fee reflects time and effort regardless of whether the trip ultimately takes place.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any research or booking work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at hello@niblick.travel to initiate a refund.

Cancellations After Work Has Begun

Once research, itinerary work, or booking coordination has begun, the planning fee is non-refundable. You will retain all completed deliverables (itinerary documents, course research, booking confirmations) up to the point of cancellation.

In cases of partial completion, we will determine a fair credit on a case-by-case basis. Reach out directly and we will work something out.

Third-Party Cancellations

Tee times, accommodation, and transport are booked through third-party suppliers with their own cancellation policies. Niblick is not responsible for third-party cancellation fees or refund decisions. We will advocate on your behalf where possible, but the supplier's policy governs.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for any trip involving non-refundable bookings.

Trip Rescheduling

If your group needs to reschedule to different dates, we will do our best to accommodate at no additional planning fee, subject to availability at the booked courses and accommodations. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
