Terms of Service

Niblick ("Niblick," "we," "our," or "us") is a golf trip planning and outing production service operated by James McKeand, based in Ontario, Canada. We can be reached at hello@niblick.travel.

By submitting an inquiry, paying a planning fee, or using niblick.travel, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Niblick is a planning and coordination service. We design itineraries, source and recommend courses and accommodation, coordinate bookings on your behalf, and produce golf outings and events. We are not a licensed travel agency, airline, hotel, or golf course operator.

All travel, accommodation, and tee time bookings are ultimately contracts between you and the relevant supplier (resort, airline, golf course, etc.). Niblick acts as your planning representative, not as a travel agent selling travel services.

Niblick offers three planning tiers. Fees are quoted per person with a group minimum.

Outing and event production services are quoted separately. Fees are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Planning fees are due upfront before itinerary work begins. We accept payment via the Stripe payment link provided in your confirmation, or by e-transfer to hello@niblick.travel.

Supplier costs (tee times, accommodation, transport, etc.) are paid directly by you to the supplier unless we have agreed in writing to collect and remit on your behalf. If we do collect on your behalf, we will issue a clear invoice itemizing all supplier costs before payment is due.

Each tier includes a defined number of revision rounds (one for The Caddie, two for The Looper and above). A revision round means a full re-iteration of the itinerary in response to your feedback. Minor corrections (typos, schedule adjustments) do not count as revisions.

Requests that substantially change the destination, dates, or group size after the itinerary is delivered may be treated as a new engagement at our discretion. We will always communicate this before proceeding.

If you cancel before itinerary delivery: We will refund 50% of the planning fee. This covers the discovery and research work already completed.

If you cancel after itinerary delivery: The planning fee is non-refundable. The itinerary document is yours to keep and use.

If we are unable to deliver: In the unlikely event Niblick cannot complete your itinerary (illness, force majeure), we will issue a full refund of the planning fee.

Refunds of supplier costs (tee times, hotel deposits, etc.) are governed entirely by each supplier's own cancellation policy. Niblick has no control over supplier refund decisions and cannot guarantee recovery of supplier payments.

Niblick provides planning and coordination services only. We are not liable for:

• Supplier failures, including course closures, resort cancellations, flight disruptions, or accommodation issues
• Weather, course conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Personal injury, illness, or loss of property during travel
• Financial loss resulting from supplier insolvency or cancellation
• Inaccuracies in third-party information (green fees, tee time availability, hotel policies) that change after your itinerary is delivered

Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the planning fee you paid us.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for any golf trip, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and equipment.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your group (size, handicaps, dates, budget) so we can deliver the right plan
• Reviewing the itinerary and confirming bookings within the timelines we specify — peak season tee times and accommodation can sell out quickly
• Ensuring all members of your group hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation
• Purchasing travel insurance
• Paying suppliers directly according to their terms unless otherwise agreed in writing

The itinerary documents, course recommendations, and trip plans we create for you are for your personal use. You may share them with members of your travel group. You may not resell, republish, or use them as the basis of a competing service.

We collect your name, email, phone number, and trip details to plan your trip and send relevant follow-up communications. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be at niblick.travel/terms with the date of last update. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
