Land at TPA and check into Innisbrook Resort or a nearby property in Palm Harbor. First evening on Clearwater Beach — the Gulf of Mexico sunset here is consistently ranked among the best in the country, and it sets the tone for the week.
Innisbrook — Copperhead
The week's marquee round. Copperhead's tight corridor fairways, elevation changes, and demanding par-4s are a genuine test — this is the course that separates the Tampa Bay golf market from the typical Florida experience. Play it early in the week on fresh legs.
Innisbrook — Island Course & TPC Tampa Bay
A 36-hole day at two of Innisbrook's four on-property courses: the Island Course in the morning (tree-lined, resort-style, solid challenge) and TPC Tampa Bay in the afternoon for a different architectural flavour. The resort's shuttle handles all transfers.
Drive South — Tiburón Black & Naples
Drive 2.5 hours south to Naples for Greg Norman's Tiburón Golf Club Black Course at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort — large greens, water throughout, and PGA Champions Tour-level conditioning. An afternoon on Naples Beach and dinner at Steak 948 before driving back or staying the night.
Pelican's Nest or Copperhead Rematch
Tom Fazio's Pelican's Nest in Naples is the best-value premium round in the Naples corridor — two full 18-hole courses (Hammock and Gator) at a fraction of Tiburón pricing. Or return to Tampa for a Copperhead rematch if the group is competitive about scores.
Depart
Morning checkout from Innisbrook and transfer to TPA. Direct Air Canada service to Toronto runs through the afternoon — most groups are back in Ontario the same evening.
